Ouray County EMS is looking for a full-time paramedic or the right EMT-Intermediate to join our team. We are a countywide 911 only ambulance service in rural Colorado running approximately 400-450 calls per year. The right person for our team will be flexible, patient-oriented, professional and possess the ability to multi-task and make decisions on the go. A willingness to work with volunteers is a necessity and teaching experience is highly desirable. National Registry, Colorado License, CPR, ACLS, PALS or equivalent, State driver’s license and ICS certification all required for employment.
Ouray County EMS is willing to consider a new paramedic who has the right attitude, several years in EMS, and solid recommendations. A paramedic willing to relocate to Ouray County and be a full-time member of the community is preferred, but housing is available and scheduling flexible to permit other options. Compensation up to: $52,167.44. Benefits are included.
